We are excited about our newest product: Cork Blocks for Yoga! Our Cork Blocks are lightweight, durable and feel great to hold. At just under 1 1/2 pounds, a cork block is a lighter, less expensive alternative to a wooden one, yet made of a natural material, unlike a foam block. Cork offers a superior non-slip grip for sweaty hands and better traction on all types of floors. The natural cork is ground, mixed with a bonding resin, and pressed into a big solid block before being cut into 9" x 3 1/2" x 5" blocks.

In triangle pose, half-moon pose and several other standing poses, holding a Cork Block in one hand shortens the distance between you and the floor, providing a stable anchor point and reducing strain. While in bridge pose, placing a Cork Block under your pelvis provides comfortable support, adding stability and stillness to the pose.
