Q7: Do you offer a refund if I need to return an order?

A: We have very strict quality control, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, notify us within 30 days and we will pay the cost of shipping it back to us and issue an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.

For all other returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date, there is a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping & handling is non-refundable. We will process the return / exchange after we receive the product back in brand new and resaleable condition. Please call us first to arrange a return or exchange.
