The pleated round Zafu cushion traditionally associated with Zen meditation is filled with 
Heavyweight, 100% cotton fabric - The outer cover is made of twill, often used for pants and overalls. 

Natural, biodegradable fillings - buckwheat hull or Kapok fiber. Buckwheat hulls conform to the shape of your body. The air pockets between the buckwheat hulls permit airflow to keep you cool.
Adjustable firmness - The zipper under the handle of the buckwheat-filled cushion allows you to adjust the amount of buckwheat to suit your preference for firmness.  

Zafu Measures 14" diameter by 7" high.

The Zabuton is a perfect accompaniment to any of our cushions. Protecting the knees and feet on hard surfaces and insulating the body from cold surfaces, the Zabuton is available in two styles measuring 36" x 28" and with 3 inches of cotton batting inside.

The Economy model Zabuton is tufted directly through its permanent outer cover. Weighs 8 lbs.
