Q1: Can I pay with a credit card?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

    Q2: How can I pay by check?

    A: We accept personal checks or money orders. When we receive your order via our website, we will process it and hold it in shipping pending receipt of your personal check or money order.

      Q3: How do I place an order for different colors of the same item?

      A: In order to do this, you will need to place an order for one item, return to the order page and place an order for the second color of the same item.

        Q4: How do I delete an Item or change the quantity?

        A: To delete an item, change the quantity to zero and click recalculate. Use the same procedure for changing the order quantity

          Q5: Do you give any special discounts?

          A: Yes. we have several types of discounts.
          Sun and Moon Originals is proud to offer several ways to get our products at a discount.

          * Referral Discount: There is a 10% referral discount if you are referred to us by a yoga / meditation teacher, studio, center or bodywork practitioner. No minimum order. Please call us at 1-800-775-8639 to place an order with   this discount.

          * Group Discount: We offer a 25% group discount for yoga and mediation teachers, yoga studios, meditation centers, schools, prisons, ashrams, hospitals or other institutions. Minimum order is 6 of each item. Please call us at 1-800-775-8639 to place an order with this discount.

          *Wholesale pricing:  We offer wholesale pricing to businesses who anticipate purchasing $1000 and up annually from us.  We have a $200 minimum order. Please call us at 800-775-8639 to discuss opening a wholesale account.

          Note: Discount offers cannot be combined.

            Q6: If I have problems with my product can I call you?

            A: New "equipment" may take some adjusting to by even those who have been practicing for years. If you have any questions at all, just give us a call, we can often help out with useful suggestions.

              Q7: Do you offer a refund if I need to return an order?

              A: We have very strict quality control, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, notify us within 30 days and we will pay the cost of shipping it back to us and issue an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.

              For all other returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date, we observe the right to issue a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping & handling is non-refundable. We will process the return / exchange after we receive the product back in brand new and re-saleable condition. Please call us first to arrange a return or exchange.

              Q8. Do you provide "technical support" for your products?

              Q9. Why buy from a small business?

              A. Though we all know how important it is to support the local economy and our neighbors' businesses, there are reasons beyond the obvious for buying personal products from a small business. When you order a cushion or mat from Sun & Moon Originals, your product is carefully crafted by the team in our small, friendly shop in the beautiful hill town of Shelburne Falls in Western Massachusetts. You are an individual to us, and we want to know your personal likes and dislikes and your specific needs. We'll take your preferences into account, and help you make the best choices based on your specific needs.

              During office hours there is always someone friendly on our end of the phone, waiting to help you make the best choices possible from our current selection of meditation and yoga products, or to give you advice to help you in your practice. Every day at Sun & Moon Originals we refer customers to, or order materials from, a dozen other small businesses; perhaps your own. We make a conscious choice to work with small businesses and owner-operated companies like our own, and we know firsthand what a different experience it is from being a number to a big company.

              Q10. Where does the name Sun and Moon Originals come from?

              A. From a beautiful poem by Noela Evans:

              We are beings of pure light

              The consciousness we carry is married forever to the mind of the one
              The breath we borrow is the breath of the father and mother of all things
              The heart within us echoes the beat of the drum of the universe
